Simple spelling game, built to help children learn their weekly spellings for school.

INSTRUCTIONS

➕ Add Your Own Words

Add your own list and get started! It will remember the current spelling list until you add a new list. (The words are saved to your web browser cache)

OPTIONAL: When adding new words, you can add a * after the word, on the same line, followed by a description (useful when learning homophones). For example:

aisle*an aisle in a supermarket.

⌨️ Playing the Game

Listen to the word then type it or use the on-screen keyboard.

Press 🗨️ to hear the word again.

Level 1 – Just copy the word

Level 2 – Sneak peak as many times as you like by pressing 👁️

<You can only progress if you get the words right in the first two levels>

Level 3 – You can only have one sneak peak on this level so use it wisely! Press the arrow to check your answer.

Level 4 onwards – No sneak peaks allowed!

If you get a word wrong you will need to try it again at the end until you get it right, before progressing.
